This Privacy Policy describes how Benchline ("Benchline," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the public marketing website at https://mybenchline.com(the "Site").

Benchline provides software and digital tools that help equipment dealerships offer customer self-service experiences and support related dealership workflows. This Policy focuses on the Site. Benchline product experiences hosted on related domains (for example, dealership operations tools or interactive demos) may collect or process information under separate product practices or under a participating dealership's own processes.

Information that customers submit to a participating dealership through Benchline tools is generally processed for that dealership's business purposes. This Policy does not convert dealership customer submissions into Benchline marketing mailing lists.

By using the Site, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Site or submit information through it.

We collect information in two main ways: information you choose to provide to us, and information that may be collected automatically when you visit the Site.

If you submit an Early Access request on the Site, we collect the information you enter in that form. Required fields currently include:

• Name
• Dealership
• Email address

Optional fields currently include:

• Phone number
• A short message describing what you are hoping Benchline can help with

Early Access submissions are transmitted to Benchline through our email delivery provider so we can review your request and respond. We do not currently store Early Access form submissions in a Benchline database.

If you email us directly, we will receive whatever information you include in that correspondence.

Like most websites, when you visit the Site our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically receive technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring URL, pages requested, and timestamps. This information is typically used for operating, securing, and diagnosing the Site.

This Privacy Policy does not claim that Benchline currently operates specific analytics, advertising, or tracking products beyond ordinary website and server operation.

We use information collected through the Site to:

• Review and respond to Early Access and other inquiries
• Communicate with you about Benchline products or services
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
• Protect the security and integrity of our systems
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We use third-party service providers to help operate the Site and process information on our behalf. For example, Early Access requests are delivered using Resend, an email delivery service. The Site is hosted on infrastructure providers (currently including Vercel) that may process ordinary technical request data while serving pages.

These providers process information for us so we can operate the Site and respond to requests. That kind of service-provider processing is different from selling personal information. Benchline does not sell the personal information submitted through the Site.

If you submit an Early Access request or otherwise contact us, we may email you in connection with that request or related Benchline communications. You can ask us to stop marketing-oriented emails by contacting us using the email address below. Transactional or operational messages related to a request you already submitted may still be necessary to complete that communication.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including reviewing Early Access requests, responding to inquiries, maintaining business records, and meeting legal or security requirements. Because Early Access submissions are currently delivered by email rather than stored in a Benchline database, retention also depends on how those messages are handled in our email systems.

We take reasonable measures designed to protect information processed through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to ask questions about how your information is handled. To make a request or ask a privacy-related question, contact us at hello@mybenchline.com.

We will respond to requests in accordance with applicable law.

The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Site. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

The Site may link to third-party websites, products, or services, including Benchline product experiences hosted on related domains. Those third parties are responsible for their own privacy practices. This Privacy Policy applies to the Benchline marketing Site described above.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after an update means you acknowledge the revised Policy.
